10-Year Anniversary Celebration: Sound Healing with Natalie Gough

Natalie is a certified sound healer who creates unique sessions called sound journeys. Each journey has a story or a theme, using patterns to build up 3 dimensional sound waves that help relax, rejuvenate and release energy. She uses Himalayan and Crystal singing bowls, a gong, Shamanic drums, koshi chimes, crystal pyramid, ocean pan and a rain stick. These instruments all have a purpose, they create intense vibrations that penetrate all through the body and mind, recalibrating down to the cellular level and balancing the brainwaves. Nature guides Natalie through this process and she loves helping others find comfort and balance through her sessions.
